You can pay online (recommended) or pay by mail.
If you choose to pay by mail, a payment in the amount of $100 should be made payable to the City of Holyoke and mailed to: License Board, City Hall Annex, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, Room 401, Holyoke, MA 01040. Additionally, you must provide verification of paid municipal fees (this can be obtained at the City Tax Collector's Office) prior to submitting this application.
