If you have an inoperable vehicle that you are currently working on to get it back to a roadworthy condition, you will need to fill out an application for a vehicle restoration permit. General details include the following:
- The vehicle must be located on the same lot as the applicant's home
- You are permitted one (1) restoration permit at a time.
- This permit is good for twelve (12) months and may be renewed if, in the opinion of the Town, substantial work has been performed on the vehicle.
- Any unlicensed, unregistered, or inoperable vehicle being restored must be stored in a garage or must be parked on an approved, prepared surface and covered with an an approved fitted cover designed for that vehicle type.
- The repair or upgrade of the vehicle must be for personal hobby or recreational purposes and not for business purposes.
