If you have an inoperable vehicle that you are currently working on to get it back to a roadworthy condition, you will need to fill out an application for a vehicle restoration permit.  General details include the following:

1.  The vehicle must be located on the same lot as the applicant's home
2.  You are permitted one (1) restoration permit at a time.  
3.  This permit is good for twelve (12) months and may be renewed if, in the opinion of the Town, substantial work has been performed on the vehicle.  
4.  Any unlicensed, unregistered, or inoperable vehicle being restored must be stored in a garage or must be parked on an approved, prepared surface and covered with an an approved fitted cover designed for that vehicle type.
5. The repair or upgrade of the vehicle must be for personal hobby or recreational purposes and not for business purposes.
