HOW TO FILE A "FIREARMS PERMIT TO CARRY" APPLICATION 

The Application Process for CCW (Conceal Carry Weapon) is now ELECTRONIC.  As with regular ID Cards and Permits to Purchase a handgun you will apply directly to the NJ State Police on their website.

Please visit https://www.njportal.com/NJSP/ConcealedCarry/  to complete the process.

A processing fee of $150 is due to the Borough of Prospect Park once your application has been submitted and prior to completion.  Payment can me made in person, or online.  We do not accept cash.  We accept personal check, money order, or credit card only please.
