Agricultural Exempt Application

A structure that meets the definition of an “agricultural building” or “equine facility” under ORS 455.315 is exempt from the Oregon Structural Specialty Code and does not require a building permit or inspection.

This is required for any property within the City of Tangent city limits. Properties outside the City of Tangent limits require a Linn County Agricultural Exempt Building or Equine Facility Application. The application fee is $500 due before work can begin on the application.
