Welcome to our online Committee Application form. This form is for anyone wishing to volunteer on the following Committees:
To be eligible to volunteer on a committee, there are two requirements, and a person needs to satisfy only one set.
Business Owner or Manager of Location in Tangent City Limits
A person representing a business as the listed business owner or manager of the business location within the City of Tangent. Documentation such as business license or letterhead confirming manager status.
Residence of Tangent
A resident residing in city limits may volunteer on the committee. City staff will verify through a utility account or valid Oregon I.D. or Drivers License.

Confirmation
You confirm that you are applying to serve on a committee(s) and can present documentation of business ownership, manager, or residency. City Hall staff will email to confirm or request documentation.
The Tangent City Council will appoint volunteers to committees at regular City Council meetings scheduled on the second Monday of each month. You will be notified of your confirmation by the council by City Staff through email.
