A commercial building permit must be obtained and submitted to the City of Tangent. Linn County Planning and Building Department will only accept applications that arrive with a City of Tangent Permit Number. Please follow the steps below to submit a Commercial Building Permit.

This is for new buildings and not existing buildings. Go to the Site Plan Review Application if you are moving into an existing building.
